Upgrade contract - AUP (Annual Upgrade Protection)
You receive with an upgrade contract your personal access to the password protected upgrade center and you will always profit from current updates and upgrades within the contract period.

Support contract
Our support contract contains the complete first installation and instruction for the acquired solution(s) by our remote software MasterSolution EvoRemote as well as technical support via phone and remote access within the contract period.
